Shoe Zone raises profit guidance as early summer trading is good
Shoe Zone now expects adjusted profit before tax to be no less than £9.5m as the business “has been trading well” with strong margin improvements and cost savings expected to continue to Q4.
L’Occitane sees strong Q1 sales growth

How to make your products attractive to the media in July
Summer is here so keep on adding anything summery to your keywords and descriptions eg summer clothing, swimwear, and push anything to do with outside so garden furniture, anything for a garden party, or a picnic or barbecue, and don’t forget to add all of the other spellings BBQ, Bar-B-Que etc and other related keywords like picnic.
As we’re now free to go where we like and the festivals are back up and running the mags and websites influencers are all looking for festival wear, beachwear (bikinis, shorts, trunks etc are all being searched for), and the latest trends in summer clothing with gingham, ditzy, Y2K and retro all seeing more traffic
But not everyone is going abroad, the cost-of-living crisis is cutting the money in everyone’s wallets so shoppers are looking at holidays closer to home, so add in keywords and phrases like “staycation” “holistay” “holiday at home” to your keywords and why not suggest clothing like raincoats, coats, hoodies, and cardigans and if you have them then firepits and chimineas for the colder UK evenings would be good.
